  1. Why have you changed your website?

    We have updated our website to allow us to provide the best possible care and experience to both you and your pet. The order process remains the same and will be delivered by the same pharmacy team.

    It's a new website with the same great service for you & your furry friends:

  2. Why do I need to enter a new password?

    If you have an active account with us, we will ask you to enter a new password when you log in for the first time to allow access to our new, improved website. This enables us to continue to keep your information safe and secure.

  3. Will I still be able to see my order history?

    Yes, you can see your order history in the account section of the website. If you have created any pet profiles, these will also still be visible along with any previous prescription history.

  4. Is it the same team processing my order?

    Yes. All of your orders will still be processed, dispensed, and dispatched by the same team as before - for both The PharmPet Co and Pharmacy2U Pet Health customers.

  5. Has the way I order changed?

    The ordering process remains the same. Simply add your products to your basket follow the step-by-step prompts to checkout.
