  1. Why have you changed your website?

    We have updated our website to allow us to provide the best possible care and experience to both you and your pet. The order process remains the same and will be delivered by the same pharmacy team.

    It's a new website with the same great service for you & your furry friends:
    - UK Pharmacy accredited by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate & regulated by the GPhC
    - The same affordable alternative to obtaining veterinary medicine without compromising on quality
    - 1,000s of products for dogs, cats, small animals, and horses from top pet brands

  2. Why do I need to enter a new password?

    If you have an active account with us, we will ask you to enter a new password when you log in for the first time to allow access to our new, improved website. This enables us to continue to keep your information safe and secure.

  3. Will I still be able to see my order history?

    Yes, you can see your order history in the account section of the website. If you have created any pet profiles, these will also still be visible along with any previous prescription history.

  4. Is it the same team processing my order?

    Yes. All of your orders will still be processed, dispensed, and dispatched by the same team as before - for both The PharmPet Co and Pharmacy2U Pet Health customers.

  5. Has the way I order changed?

    The ordering process remains the same. Simply add your products to your basket follow the step-by-step prompts to checkout.

  6. Who is Pharmacy2U?

    Pharmacy2U is the nation's largest digital pharmacy, working closely with the NHS and other healthcare partners to support the health of patients across the country. Their services include:
    - NHS prescription management for the whole family
    - A Health & Wellness shop with over 4,000 products
    - NHS pharmacy services including a contraception service and Pharmacy First

  7. Who should I contact if I need help with an order?

  8. Why are there changes to the dispatch of veterinary medication to Northern Ireland from 1st January 2026?

    The changes are due to new regulations following the UK's exit from the European Union, that impact the importing and distributing of veterinary medicines to Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, this means that we will no longer be able to supply certain veterinary prescriptions and medicines to Northern Ireland.

  9. How can I obtain my Pet's prescription or medicine from 1st January 2026?

    From 1st January, it's advisable to check with your local veterinary practice or pharmacy in Northern Ireland, who should be able to provide you with some options for obtaining your pet's medicine.

  10. Will my current prescription still be valid?

    If your current veterinary prescription is within date (usually 6 months from date of issue) or still has a number of repeats available to use, which have not been issued by us already, then yes your prescription is still valid and can be used in Northern Ireland.

  11. What do I do if I don't have my original prescription anymore?

    Unfortunately, if you sent us a digital copy of your prescription and you no longer have your original prescription then you will need to obtain a new one from your veterinary practice.
