Each collar offers up to four weeks of calming effect and should be worn continuously, except during bathing. It fits comfortably around your dog’s neck, ensuring consistent pheromone release through skin contact. Available in two sizes - Puppy/Small and Medium/Large, the collar is suitable for most breeds and life stages.

How long does the collar last?
Each Adaptil Calm Collar provides up to four weeks of continuous support. For the best results, replace it every month to maintain consistent calming effects.
Can my dog wear the collar all the time?
Yes, the collar is designed to be worn at all times, both indoors and outdoors. It should only be removed during bathing or swimming, as water can affect its performance. Once dry, the collar will start working again.
How do I fit the Adaptil Calm Collar correctly?
Fit the collar snugly around your dog’s neck so it stays in contact with the skin. You should be able to place two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog’s neck. Proper contact is essential for the pheromone to be released effectively.
What size Adaptil Collar should I choose?
There are two sizes available: * Puppy/Small Dog – fits necks up to approximately 37.5 cm * Medium/Large Dog – fits necks up to approximately 62.5 cm If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger option for comfort.
When should I use an Adaptil Calm Collar?
Use the collar whenever your dog may experience stress such as during fireworks, travel, vet visits, rehoming, training, or changes to their routine. It can also be worn daily to support general calmness and confidence.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
