Full Item Description

Product Description
Protect your dog from a wide range of parasites with Advantix Spot On Solution. This easy-to-apply, waterproof treatment kills fleas and ticks on contact and repels biting pests such as mosquitoes, sandflies, stable flies and lice. Suitable for dogs and puppies over 7 weeks old, Advantix is a fast-acting, long-lasting solution that provides up to one month of protection. For paralysis tick control, it should be applied every two weeks.

Formulated with imidacloprid and permethrin, Advantix works by attacking the nervous systems of parasites before they can bite, reducing the risk of irritation, disease transmission and allergic reactions.

Key Features
Broad-spectrum protection: Kills and repels fleas, ticks (including paralysis ticks), mosquitoes, sandflies, lice and stable flies.

Fast-acting: Fleas are killed within 24 hours of application.

Long-lasting: One treatment protects your dog for up to 4 weeks (2 weeks for paralysis tick).

Water-resistant: Remains effective even after exposure to water, though bathing is best avoided around the time of application.

Dual active ingredients: Combines imidacloprid and permethrin to kill and repel multiple parasites.

Available in sizes:

40mg (for small dogs up to 4kg)

100mg (for dogs 4kg–10kg)

250mg (for dogs 10kg–25kg)

400mg (for dogs 25kg–40kg)

How to Apply Advantix
Ensure your dog is standing for easy application.

Part the hair at the application sites so that the product reaches the skin.

For small and medium dogs, apply in 2 to 3 spots along the back between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail.

For large and extra-large dogs, apply in 3 to 4 evenly spaced spots down the back.

Place the tip of the tube directly onto the skin and squeeze firmly to empty the contents.

Avoid contact with your dog’s eyes and mouth.

For best results, do not bathe your dog just before or immediately after application. If bathing is necessary, it should take place before treatment or at least two weeks after application.

Warnings
Do not use on cats. Advantix is toxic to cats and should be kept away from them.

Not suitable for puppies under 7 weeks old.

Always read the package leaflet and consult your vet if you are unsure.
