Ingredients: Purified water, sodium C14-16, olefin sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramide DEA, linoleamide DEA, Spherulites, glycerin colloidal, oatmeal, lauryl, glucoside, chitosan succinamide, magnesium, aluminum silicate, DMDM hydantoin d-galactose, d-mannose l-rhamnose fragrance, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, FDC Blue #1 (May contain sodium hydroxide/ sodium chloride and lactic acid).

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.

In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.

Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.

Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.

Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

UK Mainland Royal Mail Tracked 48 and orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners:

Under £49 spend: £3.49 
Over £49 spend: Free 

UK Mainland Royal Mail Tracked 24: 
Under £49 spend: £5.49 
Over £35 spend: £5.49 

Refrigerated Lines: UK Mainland (excluding Highland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands***) Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.25

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats). 

*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.

**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process. 

***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
