Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence 30 Day Refill
The Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence 30 Day Refill should be used in combination with the Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Calming Diffuser. This long-lasting plug-in is a simple and effective solution to help reduce problem behaviour in cats, such as meowing, furniture destruction, urinary marking, excessive licking and scratching, or general feelings of anxiety. It is beneficial when cats are faced with new experiences, such as multi-cat households, social situations, a new family, and learning periods.
Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence contains a copy of the naturally produced Feline Facial Pheromone (FFP), which gives a continuous and reassuring message to let cats know that this is a safe area for them to be in, and the Maternal Appeasing Pheromone (MAP) which helps promote bonding and harmony in households with more than one cat.
The easy-to-use refill is only suitable for use with the Beaphar CatComfort® Excellence Calming Diffuser. Each refill is effective for up to 30 days. Suitable for cats of all ages.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
