Leveraging the power of naturally derived ingredients, buttermilk and linseed oil soothe and soften the coat while honey acts as a conditioner and regulates the delicate pH unique to pets, delivering a high shine finish.
All our puppy grooming products utilize 95% natural origin formulas and are formulated without chemical detergents, phthalates, parabens, or sulfates. Our puppy shampoos are also formulated without added colorants and dyes. Burt's Bees naturally derived pet grooming solutions keep pets clean and pet parents happy! Our puppy wash is cruelty-free and made in the USA with global ingredients, using 80% post-consumer recycled bottles and responsible sourcing.
Why do easy-rise, low-lather formulas make a difference? Many conventional grooming products boost lather and viscosity through added ingredients that don't necessarily enhance the efficacy of the formula. We choose to formulate without harsh chemicals, while ensuring 95% natural origin formulas, pH balanced to effectively cleanse and nourish your pet. A good shake before each use is required.
Directions:
Shake well before use. Wet coat thoroughly with warm water. Massage shampoo into your dog's coat, working from the back of ears to tail and being careful to avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
