Follow the feeding guidelines on the packaging, adjusting the daily portion according to your cat's weight, lifestyle and individual needs. Divide the allowance into several smaller meals and introduce the food gradually over approximately seven days by mixing it with your cat's current diet. Always provide fresh, clean drinking water and store the food in a cool, dry place with the packaging tightly closed. This food is intended for adult cats; consult your veterinary surgeon before feeding it to kittens or cats with existing medical conditions. When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
