Caninsulin VetPen Needles are for use with the Caninsulin VetPen (29G/12mm). It is important to always use a new needle for each injection.
What are Caninsulin VetPen needles used for?
Caninsulin VetPen needles are used to administer insulin to diabetic dogs and cats using the Caninsulin VetPen insulin pen. The needles are sterile and single-use only, and they should be used only once before being disposed of safely. If you have any questions or concerns about using Caninsulin VetPen needles or administering insulin to your diabetic pet, it is important to consult with your veterinarian.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

For medication orders that can be posted through your letterbox (e.g. non signed for orders) you must ensure that there will be no children or animals who could have access to the posted medication.
