Dexil Friendly Snap Collar
The Dexil Friendly Snap Collar is designed to help communicate your dog’s personality and needs, making walks safer and more relaxed. Perfect for dogs that are friendly but may be approached by strangers, children, adults, or other dogs, this collar uses a simple traffic light colour-coded system with clear embroidered wording to alert others in advance and prevent misunderstandings.
Crafted from high-strength polypropylene nylon webbing with welded ‘O’ and ‘D’ rings, the collar is durable, long-lasting, and built to withstand everyday use. Machine washable at 30°C, it is simple to keep clean while providing comfort and reliability.
The snap collar adjusts to fit neck sizes up to 38–64cm with a width of 25mm (1"). It features two embroidered words for clear messaging, helping your dog communicate safely without compromising style or comfort.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
