Douxo S3 Calm replenishes the barrier that helps to protect your pet from allergens and improves skin hydration. The skin becomes more supple which reduces the itching.

Douxo S3 has a new active ingredient called Ophytrium. Ophytrium is a natural ingredient extracted from the root of the Japanese mondo grass plant (Ophiopogon japonicus). It is scientifically proven to help maintain the mechanical skin barrier, the microbial skin flora, and reduce irritation.
Directions:
External use only. Shake well before use. Apply onto a dry and brushed coat. Dispense 1 or 2 sprays onto the hand and then apply the mousse to the animal, covering the whole body, avoiding areas around the eyes and mouth. Massage into the hair coat in order for the product to reach the skin. Do not rinse. Let air dry. Brush to bring a shine to the coat.
Use every 3 days. For maintenance, can be used only once a week.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
