Hibiscrub is a strong antiseptic solution containing chlorhexidine gluconate, regularly used in hospitals against a variety of bacteria, fungi, yeasts and viruses.
It is not used to aid healing and should NOT be applied to open wounds. Always read the instructions before applying Hibiscrub to your pet and check with your vet that it is suitable to use.
When used for general cleaning always dilute hibiscrub before use as it can irritate the skin problems further.

Should I rinse Hibiscrub off my dog?
Yes, Hibiscrub Skin Cleanser should be rinsed off your dog after use. While Hibiscrub is a safe and effective skin cleanser, it can cause skin irritation or dryness if left on the skin for too long.
To use Hibiscrub on your dog, dilute it with water according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer and your veterinarian. Apply the diluted solution to your dog's skin and massage it in thoroughly. Rinse your dog's skin with clean water to remove any remaining Hibiscrub solution.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.

Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
