SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap
The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap offers a safe and convenient outdoor access solution for your cat. It recognises your pet’s existing microchip or the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag (sold separately), granting entry exclusively to authorised animals while preventing other pets or wildlife from entering. This selective access enhances security and helps reduce territorial stress and scent marking.
Designed for versatile installation, the cat flap can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls. For door installation, a hole size of 165mm (W) x 171mm (H) is required. It also serves as a drop-in replacement for most standard cat flaps. The exterior measures 210mm (W) x 210mm (H) with a tunnel length of 70mm (D). When mounting into glass, a circular hole of 212mm diameter is needed, and the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Mounting Adapter (sold separately) accommodates holes between 212mm and 260mm diameter.
With a minimalist and clean design available in white, brown, or grey/white, the cat flap integrates seamlessly into most home interiors without requiring a mains connection. Battery powered (4 x AA, not included), it offers up to 12 months of operation with a low-battery LED indicator. Compatible with all common microchip formats (9, 10, and 15 digits) and the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, it comes with a 3-year warranty for peace of mind.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

For medication orders that can be posted through your letterbox (e.g. non signed for orders) you must ensure that there will be no children or animals who could have access to the posted medication.
