Specially formulated for puppies, this delicate, pH-balanced shampoo is designed to care for their developing skin and coat. Its convenient 2-in-1 formula cleanses and conditions in one step, helping keep your puppy’s fur soft, fresh and easier to brush while introducing them to a positive grooming routine.
The formula combines chamomile extract, glycerin and avocado oil to help care for your puppy’s skin and coat. Chamomile helps keep the skin comfortable, glycerin helps retain moisture, and avocado oil nourishes and conditions the skin and fur. A gentle, baby-inspired cotton flower fragrance adds a fresh finish without overpowering the bath-time experience.
Apply a small amount to your puppy’s wet coat and massage gently through the fur, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Take care to avoid the eyes, ears and nose; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Suitable for dogs over 8 weeks old, this shampoo is for external use on dogs only unless the packaging states otherwise. Check the full ingredients list before use if your puppy has known skin sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation develops and consult your veterinary surgeon if your puppy has a skin condition. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
