These soft, pre-moistened wipes help remove everyday dirt, debris and wax build-up, supporting good ear hygiene between grooming sessions. Designed for convenient regular use, they help clean, deodorise and moisturise the external ear area without the need for a separate cleansing solution.
Each wipe is infused with olive oil and chamomile extract to help hydrate and care for the skin, alongside decyl glucoside, a plant-derived cleansing agent. The formula is fragrance-free, alcohol-free, hypoallergenic and pH balanced. Made from biodegradable, plant-based materials, the wipes are also plastic-free, offering a convenient option for everyday ear care.
Gently wipe the internal and external areas of your dog’s ears, using light strokes and a fresh wipe for each ear. These wipes are for topical use only and are suitable for daily use on dogs over 12 weeks old. Clean only the accessible areas and do not push the wipe into the ear canal. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose and sensitive areas; if accidental contact occurs, rinse with water as appropriate. Check the full ingredients list if your dog has known skin sensitivities. Stop use if irritation develops and consult your veterinary surgeon if your dog has an existing skin condition or signs of ear discomfort. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place with the pack securely closed.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
