Colloidal oatmeal is combined with castor oil and cocoa butter to help moisturise and condition the skin, while green tea extract provides a natural source of vitamins E and B3. The fragrance-free, alcohol-free formula is hypoallergenic and pH balanced, making it a useful option for dogs whose grooming routine calls for gentle, uncomplicated skin care.
Apply daily to clean, dry skin using a pea-sized amount, then massage gently until absorbed. Wash your hands after application. Suitable for all breeds of dogs over 12 weeks old, this cream is for external use on dogs only unless the packaging states otherwise. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears and nose; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Check the full ingredients list before use if your dog has known skin sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation develops and consult your veterinary surgeon if your dog has an existing skin condition. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
