Give your dog’s coat a gentle clean with Pet Head Sensitive Soul Shampoo 300ml. Specially formulated for dogs with delicate skin, this coconut-scented shampoo combines natural oils and botanical extracts to help cleanse the coat while caring for sensitive skin.
The formula features oatmeal and calendula extract, known for their soothing properties, alongside marula oil to provide additional moisture and nourishment. Its gentle cleansing approach makes it a useful addition to your dog’s grooming routine, leaving the coat clean and refreshed with a pleasant coconut fragrance.
To use, thoroughly wet your dog’s coat with lukewarm water, then massage the shampoo gently into the fur, taking care to avoid the eyes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry your dog before brushing or combing if desired. For external use on dogs only unless the packaging states otherwise. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears and nose, rinsing well with water if contact occurs. Check the full ingredient list before use if your dog has known sensitivities, and discontinue use if irritation develops. Consult your veterinary surgeon if your dog has an existing skin condition. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place with the cap securely closed.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
