PRO PLAN Veterinary Diets UR Urinary Wet Cat Food is a complete, clinically formulated diet designed to aid in the dissolution of struvite stones and reduce the recurrence of both struvite and calcium oxalate stones in adult cats. This advanced veterinary diet features St/Ox urinary security, which helps minimise the formation of urinary crystals and stones by promoting increased water intake and reducing the concentration of minerals and irritants in the urine. The moderate calorie content supports the maintenance of an ideal body weight, further contributing to urinary health.
This diet is not suitable for kittens, pregnant or lactating cats, or those with chronic kidney disease. It is essential that this food is fed under veterinary supervision to ensure the best outcomes for your cat’s urinary health. Always consult your veterinary professional before use and ensure fresh water is available at all times.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
