Remend„• Dry Eye Lubricant Drops for dogs provide long-lasting moisture and lubrication for the eyes, and can help to alleviate the signs of Dry Eye when used twice daily.
Remend„• is intended for use as part of the overall management of Dry Eye in dogs, and is not intended to replace the need for prescription medication from your vet.
The main component in Remend„• products is hyaluronic acid (HA), a non-immunogenic molecule found widely throughout human and animal tissues. Hyaluronic acid fulfils many biological functions including:
- Promoting wound healing and helping to reduce scarring
- Cushioning and lubrication
- Maintaining tissue hydration
How often does Remend need to be applied?
Remend„• Dry Eye lubricant yields excellent results with just twice daily application, but can be applied up to four times daily if required.
How long will Remend last once it has been opened?
There is no preservative in Remend„• and this should be borne in mind with relation to the shelf life. It is advised that a bottle is disposed of one month after opening.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch

We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
