How to Administer:
Weigh your dog and select the correct pipette size.
Hold the pipette upright and snap off the top.
Part your dog’s fur at the base of the neck.
Apply the full pipette to the skin in one spot.
Avoid bathing or swimming for at least 2 hours post-treatment.
Always follow your vet’s advice and read the product leaflet in full before applying.

Metacam is a POM-V medicine, which means a valid veterinary prescription is required before we can dispatch your order.
Available Strengths:
15mg - Puppy & Kitten (Up to 2.5kg)
Designed for very small puppies and kittens weighing up to 2.5kg. Ideal for early protection in young, lightweight pets.
30mg - Toy Dog (2.6-5kg)
Perfect for toy and miniature breeds, this dose provides effective parasite protection for dogs weighing between 2.6kg and 5kg.
60mg - Small Dog (5.1-10kg)
Formulated for small breed dogs, this strength protects dogs between 5.1kg and 10kg with a single monthly application.
120mg - Medium Dog (10.1-20kg)
For medium-sized dogs, this dose ensures full-spectrum defence against parasites for dogs between 10.1kg and 20kg.
240mg - Large Dog (20.1-40kg)
This strength is suitable for large breeds weighing between 20.1kg and 40kg, delivering strong and lasting protection.
360mg – Extra Large Dog (40.1–60kg)

How to order prescription medication
Certain products are classified as Prescription Only Medicines. For these products we require a legally valid veterinary prescription prior to dispensing and dispatching.
You can do this in three easy steps:
1. Request a prescription from your vet.
2. Add you prescription product(s) to your basket
3. Upload* or send your prescription to us as part of the checkout process.
* For some medication (eg Controlled Drugs) we need to be in receipt of the original valid prescription prior to dispatch, and so we will require you to post the original prescription to us. The website will inform you if this is the case.
How can I send my prescription electronically to you?

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
