Sure Petcare Hub
The Sure Petcare Hub acts as the central connection point for your Sure Petcare Connect range, linking devices such as the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect, Felaqua Connect, SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect, and SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect to the Sure Petcare App on your smartphone or tablet. This intelligent hub enables seamless communication between your connected pet care products and the app, allowing you to monitor and manage your pets with ease.
Simply connect the Hub to your home router, download the Sure Petcare App, and pair up to ten Sure Petcare Connect devices within your household. Once connected, you can take full advantage of the advanced features available through the app, including activity tracking, behavioural insights, and instant pet notifications.
With the Sure Petcare Hub, you can gain a deeper understanding of your pet’s wellbeing by monitoring their routines and habits, helping you stay informed and proactive about their health and lifestyle.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Additional information
For medication orders that can be posted through your letterbox (e.g. non signed for orders) you must ensure that there will be no children or animals who could have access to the posted medication. The PharmPet Co accepts no liability in the event of another person(s) or animal(s) residing at or visiting the property gaining access to the posted medication.
