SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect
The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect provides an advanced, selective access solution designed for convenience, control, and peace of mind. Easily programmed and managed via the Sure Petcare Hub (sold separately) and the Sure Petcare App on your smartphone, it allows you to monitor and manage your pets’ movements remotely, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
Recognising your pet’s existing microchip or the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, the cat flap opens exclusively for authorised pets while preventing entry by unwanted animals. This selective entry system helps reduce territorial stress and unwanted scent marking, promoting a calmer and safer environment for your pets.
Through the Sure Petcare App, you can track your pets’ daily routines, monitor how long they spend outdoors, and receive real-time notifications when they enter or leave the home. You can also lock and unlock the cat flap remotely, adjust individual access permissions, set curfews, and check battery levels – all from your smartphone.
The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect can be installed in doors, windows, or walls. For doors and walls, a hole measuring 165mm (W) x 171mm (H) is required, making it compatible with most standard cat flap openings. The outer frame measures 210mm (W) x 210mm (H), with a tunnel depth of 70mm (D). For glass installation, a circular hole of 212mm in diameter should be cut, and the SureFlap Mounting Adapter (sold separately) ensures a secure and seamless fit for hole sizes between 212mm and 260mm.
Finished in a crisp white design that complements modern home décor, the Microchip Cat Flap Connect operates on batteries with no need for mains power. With capacity for up to 32 pet identities, it’s perfectly suited for households with multiple pets, offering both flexibility and control in one intelligent device.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
