SureFlap Microchip Pet Door
The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door offers a safe and convenient outdoor access solution for your pets. It recognises your pet’s existing microchip or the included Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, granting entry exclusively to authorised animals while preventing other pets or wildlife from entering. This selective access increases security and helps reduce territorial stress and scent marking.
Featuring an integrated LCD display, you can monitor battery levels, set individual pet entry permissions, and programme a curfew to automatically lock the pet door at specific times, such as overnight. With an opening size of 178mm (W) x 170mm (H), it is suitable for large cats and small dogs. The exterior measures 262mm (W) x 281mm (H) with a tunnel depth of 70mm.
Designed for flexible installation, the Microchip Pet Door can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls. For doors or walls, a hole size of 207mm (W) x 234mm (H) is required. When mounting into glass, a circular hole of 300mm diameter is needed, and the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Mounting Adapter (sold separately) accommodates holes from 300mm to 320mm diameter.
With a clean, minimalist design available in white or brown, it blends seamlessly into most home décor without requiring a mains connection. With memory for up to 32 pet IDs, it is ideal for multi-pet households. Battery powered (4 x C, not included), it offers up to 12 months of operation with a low-battery LED indicator. Compatible with all common microchip formats (9, 10, and 15 digits) and the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, it comes with a 3-year warranty.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
