Microchip Cat Flap Connect - White and Hub
The SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect offers a secure, selective entry system that you can control and monitor from anywhere using the Sure Petcare Hub (included) and the Sure Petcare App. It works with your cat’s existing microchip or a Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, allowing access only for authorised pets while keeping out intruder animals. This helps reduce territorial stress and unwanted marking, creating a calmer, safer environment for your cat.
Through the app, you can track your cat’s comings and goings, review their outdoor routine, and spot any unusual changes in behaviour. You can also lock or unlock the cat flap remotely, adjust entry and exit permissions, set curfews, check battery levels and receive notifications when your pet enters or leaves. Designed for flexibility, the Microchip Cat Flap Connect can be installed in doors, windows or walls, and is suitable as a drop-in replacement for most standard cat flaps. Its clean white, cable-free design blends effortlessly with a variety of home interiors.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*
All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges:

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
