The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect provides an intelligent, selective access solution for larger cats and small dogs. Easy to programme and manage, it connects to the Sure Petcare Hub (included) and the Sure Petcare App on your smartphone, allowing you to monitor and control your pets’ movements remotely for complete peace of mind.
Recognising your pet’s existing microchip or the included Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag, the pet door opens only for authorised animals while keeping unwanted visitors out. This selective entry system enhances safety and helps reduce territorial stress, anxiety, and scent marking in multi-pet households.
Using the Sure Petcare App, you can observe your pets’ daily routines, see when they go outside, and detect changes in behaviour. The app allows you to lock or unlock the door remotely, set and adjust curfews, monitor battery levels, and receive instant notifications when your pets leave or return home.
Designed for versatile installation, the SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect can be fitted into doors, windows, or walls. For door and wall installations, a hole measuring 207mm (W) x 234mm (H) is required. The outer frame measures 262mm (W) x 281mm (H) with a tunnel depth of 70mm (D). For glass installations, a circular hole of 300mm in diameter should be cut. The SureFlap Pet Door Mounting Adapter (sold separately) ensures a precise and secure fit for glass openings between 300mm and 320mm.
Finished in a clean, cable-free white design, this smart pet door complements most home décors while offering a discreet, modern appearance. With storage capacity for up to 32 pet identities, it is ideal for multi-pet homes. The unit operates on four AA batteries (not included), providing up to six months of use, with a built-in low-battery indicator for added convenience.
The SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect reads all standard microchip formats (9, 10, and 15 digits) and includes one Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag. Backed by a reassuring three-year manufacturer’s warranty, it’s a reliable, secure, and advanced access solution for your pets.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, FedEx, or other couriers.

We offer free delivery for orders over £49 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options.
Currently we are unable to offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Pharmacy2U Partner delivered Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 e.g. fridge lines,. For these lines there is a chargeable fee.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
