How long before I notice a difference in my cat?
Most cats start to show signs of calmer behaviour within a few weeks of regular use, but it can vary from one cat to another. Some owners notice improvements sooner, especially if the supplement is given ahead of a known stress trigger such as fireworks or travel.
Do I need to give the full capsule at once?
Not necessarily. If your cat’s dose is more than one capsule a day, you can split it across meals to make it easier. The important part is making sure your cat gets the full daily amount recommended for their weight.
Is this product suitable for kittens or older cats?
YuCALM is designed for adult cats, but may be suitable for older cats too. For kittens, or cats with existing health conditions, we recommend checking with your vet before starting.
Can YuCALM be given with other medicines or supplements?
In many cases it can be used safely alongside other products, but it’s always best to speak to your vet first. They’ll be able to advise if it’s the right choice based on your cat’s current treatment or health needs.
What’s the best way to give the capsule to a fussy eater?
Simply open the capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food. If your cat is particularly selective, try mixing it into a small portion of their favourite wet food or a tasty treat so they eat it straight away.
Is YuCALM safe for long-term use?
Yes, YuCALM can be used daily for ongoing support, or just during specific times when your cat is more likely to be stressed. Many owners continue to use it long term to help their cats feel more settled.
What should I do if I don’t see any change?
If your cat’s stress levels don’t seem to improve after a reasonable period of use, it’s worth discussing with your vet. Every cat is different, and in some cases a combination of supplements, behaviour strategies, and veterinary advice works best.
Are there any side effects I should be aware of?
YuCALM is made with natural ingredients and is generally well tolerated. Occasionally, some cats may experience mild stomach upset when starting a new supplement. If you notice anything unusual, stop using it and seek veterinary advice.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
There may be times when your product is dispatched from one of our P2U partners, and this may extend to 3 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us with an order number.
In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to be delivered within 3 – 5 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to be delivered within 1 – 2 days of dispatch.
Orders placed with Courier Delivery (Signed for) will aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Orders dispatched from one of our P2U partners will aim to be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.
Orders may be sent through Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, Fedex, or other couriers.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over £35 to mainland UK*

It is important that you are available on the day to sign for and receive the medication. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact us to discuss your options. Due to the storage requirements of these products we will not be able to leave these orders in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Currently we are unable to do Tracked 24 or express deliveries on our Nutrition range (food & treats).
*Some products can only be delivered via courier e.g. orders over 2kg, fridge lines, high risk medication and controlled drugs. For these lines there is a chargeable courier fee and a signature will be required on delivery.
**For any orders that require a courier delivery to the UK Highlands an additional charge will be included during the checkout process.
***We regret that we are unable to deliver refrigerated or nutrition products to the UK Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

For medication orders that can be posted through your letterbox (e.g. non signed for orders) you must ensure that there will be no children or animals who could have access to the posted medication.
